The class B2& Class-3 100% exhaust of the air through an exhaust filter to the duct. Process Explanation: The principle of operation involves using a fan mounted at the top of the cabinet to draw a curtain of sterile air over the products that are being handled. The equipmentare suitable for work with low to moderate risk biological agents.

Construction Details:

The units are fabricated of MS powder coated/Complete Stainless Steel and the working table is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade ss-304. Further perforated sheets on working table also help in sucking the outside air from opening of counter balance shutter and working table. Moreover independent blowers with independent anemometers provide excellent air speed control and automatic filter clogging compensation.

Illumination:These units are equipped with fluorescent light panel that conforms to the guidelines laid down in US federal standard. Moreover optimal wattage ultra violet light is also incorporated in the illumination panel to take care of the sterilization of the existing air present in the enclosure.
