Construction detail:

Interior construction: High grade stainless steel of grade SS-304 with heavy gauge ensures greater stability and life.

Outer body: Powder coated MS/GI sheet or SS304/316 ( as per customer requirement) with rounded corners

Door:

- Front Opening, Made of galvanized steel sheet.

- Double walled with thick PUF Insulation Door System with heavy duty hinges with locking mechanism

- High quality Silicon/neoprene rubber gaskets used for air tight fittings.

Casters: Used movable and lockable casters for easy to move.

Illumination: Our Hot & Cold Chambers are provided with door operated illumination system comprising of fluorescent lights, beside two panels of diffused fluorescent light panel located at the either side of the chamber to enable the user to conduct the photo periodic tests and experiments.

Temperature Ramp: 3-4°C/minute ( For Hot/cold)

Temperature control: The temperature inside chamber is controlled by programmable microprocessor based temperature controller cum indicator with touch screen.

Instrumentation: Microprocessor based programmers for temperature cycling test with Universal Inputs and externally settable range for each parameter as required.

Refrigeration Unit: CFC Free Refrigeration unit is formed by Emerson/equivalent make compressor.

It is advised to use only purified water for humidity that keeps heater and surface parts safe from deposits
